-::Is The BOGOF Sale Good or Bad?::-
The games on offer are not that good & the good ones are quite old watchdogs for example is 1 year 7 months old & can be found on amazon & other places for £10 or less it was £25 on the PSN store before this sale it's been even less than that with this BOGOF Sale Watchdog's is £45. Watchdogs maybe £45 on this sale but u do get another game free from the list if u buy it but most the other games are worth less if you take it as paying £22.50 for each of the games u get.A lot of those games are around £18 or less on Amazon. It’s also technically possible to buy 2 of them on Amazon for less than the £22.50 deal price you could buy 3 of these games together on amazon for less than £45.Take a look at this to see how mauch Sony is pulling a fast one rising prices for this sale this link shows the prices the order has been on PSN. https://psprices.com/region-gb/game/88356/the-order-1886tm
-::UK Law::-
Giving false or misleading information, or omitting material information, about price or the manner of calculation of the price for a product, where this causes or is likely to cause the average consumer to take a transactional decision he would not otherwise have taken. If you choose to make price comparisons, you should therefore be able to justify them, and to show that any claims you make are accurate and valid – in particular, that any price advantage claimed is real.
You should write all other descriptions out in full and show them clearly and prominently with the price indication.
Basely in the UK it's against the law to increase a price then advertise a discount on the inflated price a day r so later.
What do you guys think is Sony's BOGOF Deal good? Is Sony breaking the law or do you think Sony's lawyers have it covered?
